We are looking for an
Innovation & Sustainability Lead (m/f/d)
to join our Sustainability department at Advario in Singapore, starting as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
1) Strategy & Innovation
Support the development and implementation of the company’sinnovation and sustainability strategy, aligning with company’s global objectives.
Identify, assess, and deployinnovative technologies and startup solutionsto address operational challenges.
Lead and contribute to sustainability projects focused on:
Energy efficiency
Carbon reduction and climate risk mitigation
Water and waste management
Digital and AI-driven transformation
2) Sustainability Governance & Compliance
Monitor and ensure compliance withenvironmental regulations and industry standards, including GRI and ISCC certifications.
Lead GHG emissions verification and oversee sustainability certification processes.
Build and maintain a strong internal and externalsustainability networkto share best practices.
3) Performance Management & Reporting
Develop and trackKPIs and roadmapsaligned with the company’s Net Zero ambitions.
Manage ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting for:
4) Stakeholder Engagement & Culture
Act as ainnovation andsustainability ambassador, promoting awareness through workshops, initiatives, and employee engagement programs
Collaborate cross-functionally to driveownership and accountabilityfor sustainability initiatives.
Your profile:
Degree inEngineering, Environmental Studies/Science, Chemical/Petroleum Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 3-4 years experience ininnovation/sustainability, engineering, or related fields, ideally within the oil, gas, or chemical industry.
Strong background inESG reporting, GHG accounting, and sustainability frameworks.
Excellentstakeholder management and communication skills
Stronganalytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience inproject management and cross-functional collaboration
Knowledge ofoil & gas operations and plant managementis an advantage
