About the Role
<\/div>
• We are looking for a highly experienced and result -oriented Project Manager with
<\/div>
strong expertise in Solar EPC Projects to lead end -to -end execution of utility -scale,
<\/div>
rooftop, commercial & industrial solar projects. The candidate should possess excellent
<\/div>
project management, stakeholder coordination, technical execution, and team
<\/div>
leadership capabilities to ensure timely and cost -effective project delivery while
<\/div>
maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
<\/div>
• The ideal candidate must have hands -on experience in solar project execution, site
<\/div>
management, vendor coordination, client handling, and commissioning activities within
<\/div>
the renewable energy sector.
<\/div>
Key Responsibilities
<\/div>
• Manage complete lifecycle of solar EPC projects from planning to commissioning.
<\/div>
• Lead execution of utility -scale, ground -mounted, rooftop, and C&I solar projects.
<\/div>
• Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, budget, and quality standards.
<\/div>
• Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation strategies.
<\/div>
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational bottlenecks proactively.
<\/div>
• Coordinate with internal teams including design, procurement, engineering, and O&M.
<\/div>
• Supervise site execution activities including civil, structural, electrical, and module
<\/div>
installation works.
<\/div>
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
<\/div>
• Manage subcontractors, site engineers, supervisors, and installation teams efficiently.
<\/div>
• Act as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, DISCOMs, and regulatory
<\/div>
authorities.
<\/div>
• Track project budgets, cost control measures, and billing milestones.
<\/div>
• Ensure implementation of EHS and quality standards across all project sites.
<\/div>
• Prepare MIS reports, project status updates, and execution dashboards for management.
<\/div>

• Strong knowledge of Solar EPC Project Execution

• Expertise in Ground Mounted & Rooftop Solar Projects
<\/div>
• Project Planning & Scheduling
<\/div>
• Vendor & Contractor Management
<\/div>
• Site Execution & Team Handling
<\/div>
• Budget Monitoring & Cost Control
<\/div>
• Electrical System Knowledge (HT/LT)
<\/div>
• Knowledge of Solar Plant Commissioning
<\/div>
• Risk Management & Problem Solving
<\/div>
• Client Relationship Management
<\/div>
• Excellent Leadership & Communication Skills

• Knowledge of Safety Standards & Compliance

• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and ERP Tools

Preferred Qualifications
<\/div>
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering
<\/div>
• PMP Certification will be an added advantage
<\/div>
• Experience in MW -scale solar project execution preferred
<\/div>
• Strong understanding of renewable energy regulations and DISCOM coordination
<\/div>
