Role Description:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>We are looking for an
experienced Assistant Manager with a solid background in planning, budgeting,
and executing technology -based carbon projects, preferably in an EPC
(Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) setting. The ideal candidate will
have a proven track record in project management, which includes developing and
managing schedules, coordinating cross -functional resources, and ensuring that
projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high -quality standards.<\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>Developing
and maintaining detailed project schedules, including defining tasks,
dependencies, milestones, and resource allocation using tools like
CPM/PERT.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Coordinating
personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to ensure efficient
project execution.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Tracking
project progress against established baselines, identifying potential
delays or issues, and reporting on project status to stakeholders.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Identifying
potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and
implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Assisting
in the development and monitoring of project budgets, ensuring adherence
to financial targets.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Facilitating
communication and collaboration between different project teams,
stakeholders, and external parties.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Perform
on -site inspections as per requirement and monitor ongoing field
activities, identifying opportunities for improvement. Ensure all field
operations comply with safety protocols, regulatory standards and quality
requirements. Ensuring that all project activities comply with relevant
regulations, standards, and compliances.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Managing
changes to project scope, schedule, or budget, and assessing the impact of
these changes.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Preparing
and maintaining project documentation, including progress reports, risk
assessments, and change logs.

Skills &
Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>Bachelor’s
degree in mechanical / civil engineering, with postgraduate in
Construction Management, or a related field.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Minimum
of 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in
an EPC environment.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Proficiency
in project management software.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Strong
understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations and its
compliances.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and problem -solving skills.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Ability
to work independently and as part of a team.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Knowledge
of risk management principles and practices.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Familiarity
with relevant industry standards and codes.<\/span><\/span>
