We're expanding our Wyoming team and looking for experienced Title and Acquisition Agents to grow with us!
If you know North Colorado/Wyoming (or you're ready to travel for the work) and you want to work on oil & gas or renewables projects, let's talk.
What You'll Need
- Active AAPL or IRWA membership, or willing to obtain
- 5+ years of Title Agent or Leasing Agent experience
- Strong computer/Excel skills
- Ability to contract as a business entity and meet Dudley's standard contractor guidelines
Nice to Have
- Oil & gas/mineral title experience: chain of title, HBP/leasehold, mineral/royalty ownership, curative, and BLM/federal title
- Renewables/surface title experience: surface ownership research, ROW, FERC/BLM, renewables or infrastructure work
- Local to North Colorado/Wyoming, or willing to travel for upcoming projects
