What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an empathic problem-solver to join our Customer Success team. You will play a central role in understanding our customers’ desired outcomes, long-term needs and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through strong relationships within assigned accounts. Creativity and content creation will also be an important part of the role as we scale our business digitally. You will be part of the go-to-market team working alongside Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams to ensure our services are delivered successfully.
Customer Success Manager
You will be responsible for:
- Building strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently resolving issues with alternate solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Ensure an overall great customer experience and onboarding to Glint Ground through communication and customer marketing.
- Driving upsell and cross-sell through increased product adoption and increased usage.
- Becoming a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Development.

You love experimenting with new initiatives, exploring new ways of attracting customer interest. You are a team player who is always ready to support fellow colleagues but also give constructive feedback. You want to be part of a curious, problem solving and fun team!
Ideal qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role or in the renewable energy industry.
- Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts
- Skills: Empathy, problem solving, communication, service mindset, data and analytics.
- Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Self-motivated, with drive to succeed and demonstrate initiative
- Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English, other languages are a big plus
