Upon successful completion of the 12 -month internship<\/b> and satisfactory performance evaluation, interns will be considered for full -time employment<\/b> with Symbroj Solar Pvt. Ltd.<\/b> in the role of Business Development Executive (BDE).<\/b> The full -time BDE role will be governed by the company’s approved Salary & Incentive Structure, which includes:
