PTS Advance is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR operations for a busy manufacturing facility in Anderson, SC. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, reporting, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting both hourly and salaried employees.
Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, background checks, drug screens, and new hire orientation.
Maintain employee personnel files and ensure HR records are accurate and up to date.
Process employee status changes, including transfers, pay changes, promotions, and terminations.
Support internal job posting processes, employee referral programs, and temporary workforce administration.
Enter and maintain employee information within HR systems and generate routine workforce reports.
Track attendance, turnover, and other employee-related metrics.
Respond to employee questions regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company-sponsored events.
Support invoice processing, budget tracking, and other administrative functions as needed.
Provide general administrative support to HR leadership and plant management teams.
Minimum 1 year of Human Resources, recruiting, or administrative support experience.
Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
