General Role and Responsibilities
The Environment (En) Intern will support the En team as a whole but will prioritize supporting the Ontario workload. Responsibilities include tasks and deliverables that can be used across the portfolio as well as project-specific deliverables. The En Intern will work closely with the En Managers, Team Leaders, and Director.
Support Environment Managers with consistency reviews for major deliverables
Support Planning Act and Provincial Permit applications: Ontario + BC Projects
RFP bid support (e.g. formatting + permitting plans)
Support stakeholder and community engagement activities
Assist with management of material preparation
Support implementation of Boralink across the team
Complete desktop environmental constraints analyses for early-stage projects
Support preparation of consultant directory for Ontario and British Columbia
Support Development team with project and competitor analyses

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $24.23 – $25.44. Compensation at Boralex is determined in accordance with internal policies and business requirements, taking into account factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
This range represents the anticipated minimum and maximum base salary for the position at the applicable work location and does not guarantee compensation. Total compensation may include eligibility for an annual Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) and other benefits, in accordance with applicable plans and policies.
