Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy and availability of Key Performance Indicators to support efficient production planning and reporting.
- Maintain and enhance data governance by documenting and managing data standards, policies, and adherence to IT architecture.
- Collaborate with IT, analytics, and operational teams to facilitate accurate data collection and availability across platforms.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Manage and control data administration, ensuring data quality and compliance with established rules and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and address potential threats within the designated area.
- Provide timely and effective communication with relevant departments to enable operational efficiency and quality assurance.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by complying with applicable Safety Health and Environmental policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma in a relevant field (Essential/Minimum)
- Certificate in Power BI (Essential/Minimum)
- Certificate in SQL Database Coding (Essential/Minimum)
- Certificate in First Line Management (Recommended/Desirable)
- Proficiency in MS Office Relevant Package (Essential/Minimum)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience within a production environment, with at least 2 years specific exposure to data and database management (Essential/Minimum)
- Experience in the development and testing solutions (2+ years)
- Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
- Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)
- Ability to adhere to IT Governance and architecture standards
