工作职责
I. Core Job Objective
Focus on BBU (Battery Backup Unit) products, lead the design and value communication of pre-sales technical solutions in overseas markets, provide in-depth services to BBU OEM customers, Hyperscalers, and Colocation clients. Drive customer bid success through professional technical support, and strengthen the company's technical influence and market competitiveness in the BBU sector.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & In-depth Requirement Mining
Act as the core technical liaison to interface with BBU OEM customers, Hyperscalers, and Colocation clients. Accurately identify explicit and implicit customer needs for BBU products (e.g., power density, discharge rate, cycle life, compatibility with server/UPS systems, cost control, thermal management requirements) through technical exchanges and requirement interviews.
Analyze core customer pain points based on application scenarios (e.g., AI data centers, high-performance computing rooms, edge computing facilities) and deliver targeted value propositions of BBU products in terms of millisecond-level switching, high reliability, energy efficiency optimization, and long-term stable operation.
2. Solution Design & Technical Support
Lead the end-to-end design of pre-sales solutions for BBU products, including cell selection (cylindrical/prismatic/pouch), BMS (Battery Management System) matching, thermal management scheme design, bill of materials compilation, technical parameter calibration, voltage platform adaptation (48V/400V/800V), and cost estimation. Ensure high compatibility between BBU solutions and server/UPS systems to meet personalized customer needs.
Provide comprehensive technical support to BBU OEM customers, assisting in the design of integrated BBU supporting solutions and the preparation of technical documents (e.g., product specifications, compatibility test reports, safety certification documents) to facilitate customer bidding and win contracts.
Develop customized technical presentation solutions for Hyperscalers and Colocation clients. Deliver BBU product value propositions through technical seminars, on-site demonstrations, and solution simulations to drive customer recognition and cooperation intentions.
3. Technical Collaboration & Risk Management
Collaborate closely with sales teams in overseas customer visits, technical exchanges, and other activities. Provide professional technical support and assist in defining technical clauses (e.g., performance indicators, quality standards, after-sales technical services) during commercial negotiations.
Liaise with R&D and production teams to feedback customer needs and overseas market technical trends (e.g., 800V high-voltage platform, liquid cooling technology, software-defined BBU), promoting BBU product compatibility optimization, technical upgrades, and mass production feasibility. Organize internal technical reviews to mitigate technical risks (e.g., compatibility issues, safety hazards) and cost risks of BBU solutions.
4. Technical Accumulation & Market Empowerment
Track overseas market BBU industry technical trends, competitor technical advantages/disadvantages, and relevant international standards (e.g., UL, CE, TÜV). Accumulate BBU technical knowledge bases, solution templates, and successful application cases (e.g., AI server BBU, large-scale IDC distributed BBU).
Provide BBU product technical training to sales teams and overseas partners, covering product principles, technical advantages, solution design points, and common problem handling, to enhance their ability to communicate product value and deliver high-quality customer service.
