What You'll Do

As an Independent Solar Sales Consultant, you may:
<\/p>
Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, marketing, and prospecting.
<\/p><\/li>
Educate homeowners and business owners about the benefits of solar energy.
<\/p><\/li>
Conduct in -home, virtual, or other customer consultations at times you determine.
<\/p><\/li>
Present customized solar proposals and financing options.
<\/p><\/li>
Assist customers through the sales process.
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain professional communication with prospective customers.
<\/p><\/li>
Submit completed sales documentation in accordance with ProSolar's processes.
<\/p><\/li>
Build long -term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.

Requirements<\/h3>
What We're Looking For
<\/h2>
Ideal candidates possess:
<\/p>
Previous outside sales experience (solar sales preferred but not required)
<\/p><\/li>
Excellent communication and relationship -building skills
<\/p><\/li>
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
<\/p><\/li>
Self -motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset
<\/p><\/li>
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
<\/p><\/li>
Reliable transportation
<\/p><\/li>
A valid driver's license
<\/p><\/li>
A desire to build a successful sales business
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Solar industry experience is helpful but not required. Product and sales training resources are available to help you become familiar with our products and sales process.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity.

Compensation is commission -based, with uncapped earning potential.
<\/p>
Many successful consultants earn between $90,000 and $200,000+ annually<\/b>, with top performers earning substantially more. Actual earnings depend entirely on individual sales performance and business activity.
