Site Work Management as Bloom Energy’s On-Site Representative Manage site access procedures and obtain required work permits from the site owner Ensure worksite safety by preventing unsafe behaviors and leading daily Toolbox Meetings Rework Execution Management at Site Oversee work quality by ensuring compliance with established work procedures and verifying workmanship Manage parts and materials by identifying required components and coordinating requests Report work progress by maintaining work records and providing regular status reports Qualifications: Prior experience in field operations (e.g., manufacturing facilities or construction sites) Experience in supervising and managing site workers (including hands-on participation) Solid understanding of safety management practices and responsibilities Basic understanding of quality management principles and processes Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to field locations Job Conditions Duration: 6 months Work Schedule: 5 days/week (Mon–Fri), 09:00–18:00 Start Date: Mid-June 2026 (Exact date to be announced) Location: Korea (Business travel is required) Compensation: In accordance with company policy We are aware there are instances where individuals are receiving job offers that fraudulently allege to be from Bloom Energy or one of our business units.
