Purpose of the Job:
To oversee the branch's overall management and performance in South Africa. This includes personnel management, project execution, customer interaction, operational systems, branch profitability, service delivery, and business growth.

Excellent management and leadership skills.

Tertiary Qualification
At least 5 years in a Technical Leadership role

Technical Competencies & Experience:

Outstanding planning and organizing abilities.
Strong proficiency with management systems and computer literacy.
Strong customer engagement and communication abilities.
Proficiency in leading technical teams.
The capacity to manage several projects at once while working under duress.
Strong ability to solve problems and make decisions.
Knowledge of electrical infrastructure and solar PV systems is beneficial.
Project management, operations, or technical management experience.

Duties:

For every operational site, oversee and manage the scheduled maintenance and services.
Oversee and direct support personnel, technical teams, and project teams.
Meet with existing customers periodically to strengthen relationships.
Perform operational evaluations and site visits for customers.
Determine fresh prospects in the South African market.
Help expand the clientele and market presence of the business.
Ensure that all projects, maintenance plans, and reports are updated on a regular basis.
Provide operational reports and KPI feedback to management.
