Key Responsibilities

Business & Domain Understanding
<\/h2>
• <\/span><\/span>Develop a deep, working knowledge of all aspects of
ProScore's business: certified payroll (WH -347), JtoA reporting, apprenticeship/RAP
compliance, prevailing wage, and the project â EPC â contractor â subcontractor
â worker hierarchy.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>Partner with compliance SMEs to encode and validate
regulatory logic (PWA ratios, CPR, wage determinations) into product
requirements and acceptance criteria.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>Act as the connective tissue between Product,
Engineering, Enterprise Delivery, Customer Success, and Compliance teams.
<\/p>
Product Analysis & Documentation
<\/h2>
• <\/span><\/span>Gather, analyze, and document business and product
requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow
diagrams.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>Analyze data mappings, API payloads (JSON/XML), and
system integrations to ensure technical and functional coherence.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>Maintain a single source of truth for requirements,
change logs, and traceability across Jira, Confluence, and Notion.
<\/p>
Jira & Agile Delivery Management
<\/h2>
• <\/span><\/span>Own and maintain Jira boards: create, organize,
prioritize, and distribute work, ensuring tasks are well -documented and
current.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>Run backlog grooming, sprint planning, and milestone
tracking; facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove blockers.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>Track and report sprint progress, velocity, capacity,
and burndown; coordinate onshore and offshore teams.
<\/p>
Project & Resource Management
<\/h2>
• <\/span><\/span>Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering
scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>Lead cross -functional teams to deliver projects on time
and within budget, managing dependencies and cutting scope when needed.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate project
risks; drive triage and stabilization through delivery.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>Refine implementation methodologies and contribute to
playbooks, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
<\/p>
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
<\/h2>
• <\/span><\/span>Conduct regular status meetings and provide weekly
written updates summarizing status, risks, and next steps.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>Prepare reports, feature briefs, release notes, and
presentations tailored to internal and client stakeholders.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>Document dependencies, validation checkpoints, and
go/no -go criteria tied to release readiness.
<\/p>
Deliverables
<\/h1><\/div>
• <\/span><\/span>Project plans and living product roadmaps covering
scope, milestones, and timelines.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process
flow / dependency diagrams for core modules.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>Maintained Jira boards plus weekly sprint progress,
velocity, and risk summary reports.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>Implementation playbooks, runbooks, and
training/onboarding materials for delivery teams.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>Stakeholder reports, feature briefs, release notes, and
risk mitigation strategies.
<\/p>
Qualifications
<\/h1><\/div>
• <\/span><\/span>Proven experience in product analysis, project
management, or Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban).
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>Hands -on Jira expertise; comfort with Confluence and
documentation tools.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>Ability to read and reason about data mappings, API
payloads, and system integrations.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>Strong organizational, communication, and
risk -management skills; direct, iterative working style.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>Exposure to regulatory or compliance -driven SaaS (IRA,
Davis -Bacon, DOL) is a strong plus.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>A formal degree is not required — relevant experience
and demonstrated delivery are valued equally.
