Responsible for administration, procurement and scheduling for solar project installations.
- Collect site visit feedback
- Prepare job timeline and budgets
- Keep CRM (including Notes) updated on all aspects of project
- Coordinate engineering (internal and external)
- Manage permitting process
- Request staffing and materials resources from Director of Operations according to job timeline
- Ensure projects proceed on-schedule
- Produce post-completion performance analysis
- Fill-in for other PMs when out
