We are currently hiring an Installer & Warehouse Specialist to support both residential solar installation projects and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, organized, and involved in multiple areas of the business.
Responsibilities
-Installation Support
- Assist with residential solar installations on homes and residential projects
- Install racking systems, solar modules, conduit, and related equipment
- Support rough and finish electrical work under field leadership
- Follow all PPE, ladder safety, and fall protection requirements
- Maintain quality workmanship and professional conduct on job sites
-Warehouse & Operations Support
- Receive, organize, stage, and track solar materials and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization
- Coordinate deliveries and prepare materials for upcoming projects
- Utilize Excel, inventory systems, and CRM software for tracking and operational support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in solar, warehouse, construction, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using computers, Excel, and inventory systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to frequently lift and carry 50–75 lbs.
- Ability to work on rooftops, ladders, and active construction sites
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
