WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related equipment.
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards.
- Mentor and develop apprentice technicians.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
- Help maintain a positive, team-oriented culture.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Idaho HVAC Journeyman License
- EPA Certification
- Strong residential installation experience
- Leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to quality craftsmanship
- A team-first attitude

- $30-$35 per hour DOE + SPIFs
- Overtime and after-hours pay at time-and-a-half
