Incredible Safety Services Ltd is seeking a Junior Environmental Data Analyst to support a short-term environmental assessment project.
This assignment focuses on reviewing and organizing historical environmental datasets submitted by upstream operators for regulatory reporting purposes.
This is a high-impact, short-duration project (approx. 6 days / 48 hours).
What You’ll Be Doing:
Collect environmental data from regulatory and operator sources
Request and retrieve datasets from relevant agencies
Organize, clean, and tabulate environmental datasets
Structure Excel workbooks for analysis
Identify data gaps or inconsistencies
Prepare consolidated datasets for trend analysis
You will work under the technical guidance of a Senior Environmental Consultant.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Natural Sciences or related discipline
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data organization)
Basic statistical analysis capability
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Internship or academic research experience is acceptable.
