Be Part Of A Dynamic Team:
Join a highly technical engineering environment focused on advancing sustainable thermal systems for large-scale infrastructure. This team is centered on systems-level thinking, energy-conscious design, and cross-functional collaboration across mechanical, electrical, sustainability, and infrastructure stakeholders. The role is ideal for an engineering leader who can connect technical performance, environmental goals, and practical implementation across complex data center and building/industrial environments.
What's In Store For You:
This role offers the opportunity to influence sustainable design strategy across high-impact thermal systems. The selected engineer will contribute to initiatives that improve energy efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and align technical design decisions with broader sustainability goals. The position is well-suited for someone who enjoys engaging with standards bodies, internal councils, or external industry groups to help shape best practices.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead sustainable thermal systems design efforts for mission-critical, building, and industrial environments.
- Apply system-level thinking to evaluate cooling architecture, energy performance, water usage, heat rejection, and long-term operational efficiency.
- Partner with engineering, design, construction, operations, and sustainability teams to align thermal strategies with business and environmental goals.
- Support the development of sustainable design standards, technical roadmaps, and scalable engineering practices.
- Evaluate new technologies, design approaches, and industry trends that can improve thermal efficiency and reduce environmental footprint.
- Represent engineering perspectives in councils, working groups, or cross-functional forums focused on sustainability, infrastructure performance, and design excellence.
- Provide technical leadership through design reviews, tradeoff studies, performance analysis, and stakeholder presentations.
