• Provide first-level IT support for office users and production-related needs.
• Support troubleshooting of hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
• Assist in supporting production line equipment from the IT infrastructure side.
• Support system monitoring, maintenance, and backup activities.
• Assist in documenting system changes, layouts, and IT procedures.
• Provide professional and friendly support to internal users.
• Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
• Support remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and guided problem-solving.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT support personnel when necessary.
• Record incidents, issues, and resolutions accurately in IT logs or systems.
• Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for IT processes and procedures.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Final-year students or fresh graduates in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or related fields.
• Comfortable communicating in English in a professional environment.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and Windows operating systems; Linux knowledge is a plus.
• Basic understanding of LAN/networking concepts.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Previous internship or exposure to manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of backup software, Cisco switches, or FortiGate firewalls is a plus, but not mandatory.
