Work Flexibility: Onsite
This role supports the implementation and execution of environmental, health, and occupational safety practices within a manufacturing environment. It focuses on ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining safe operations, and supporting continuous improvement across production processes.
You will work closely with manufacturing and operations teams to monitor safety performance, identify risks, and implement structured solutions that support safe and compliant operations.
What you will do
- Implement and manage environmental, health, and safety programs in alignment with local regulations and site requirements
- Conduct regular audits and inspections, identifying non-compliance risks and driving corrective action plans
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, including compliance records and safety data sheets
- Design and deliver workplace safety training programs for employees at different levels
- Lead investigations of incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures
- Perform risk assessments on manufacturing processes to identify hazards and reduce operational risks
- Inspect work areas, equipment, and hazardous material handling practices to ensure compliance
- Support sustainability and environmental initiatives, including waste reduction programs
What you will need
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety roles
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
Preferred
- Experience in medical device or similarly regulated industries
- Certification in occupational health, safety, or environmental management
- Experience conducting risk assessments and incident investigations
