The role will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of environmental and sustainability initiatives and processes at both corporate and project level, contributing to the continuous improvement of the Group’s ESG performance in line with regulatory requirements, international standards, and company strategies.
Support the management of environmental aspects at operational sites and projects
(waste, emissions, consumption, water, soil)
Collaborate in monitoring environmental performance (KPIs, internal reporting)
Support environmental regulatory compliance activities (Italy and abroad)
Contribute to internal audit activities and compliance checks
Support data collection and preparation of the Sustainability Report / ESG Report
Collaborate in the implementation of frameworks (e.g., GRI, ESRS, EU Taxonomy)
Contribute to the development of decarbonization projects and reduction of environmental impact
Support initiatives related to circular economy, resource management, and sustainable supply chain
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the environmental management system (ISO 14001)
Collaborate in the integration of HSE & Management Systems
Support the management of documentation and procedures
Cross-functional Support Liaise with BUs and construction sites for data collection and implementation of initiatives
Support training and awareness activities on environmental and sustainability topics
Collaborate with corporate functions (Finance, Procurement, HR) on ESG-related matters
For this position, a gross annual salary 800,00 internship is offered, defined according to experience, skills, and the level of responsibility associated with the role, in compliance with the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Construction Industry. Joining
