Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door sales, networking, and referrals.
- Site Evaluation: Conduct on-site inspections, measuring roof suitability, shading, and assessing energy needs.
- Customer Education & Proposals: Present tailored solar solutions, including customized designs, cost-benefit analysis, and return on investment (ROI).
- Closing & Contracting: Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements, including handling documentation.
- Relationship Management: Maintain client relations through the installation process to ensure satisfaction and obtain future referrals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the renewable energy or solar sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and net metering.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to explain technical concepts simply.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
