Job Summary:
The IT Product Manager discovers and drives the why, what, and how of our software products,
ensuring that value-added solutions are shipped to customers, users, and stakeholders. Product Managersseekto harmonize business strategy, user desirability, and technical feasibility to
deliver best-in-class solutions to users and long-term value to the business.
Primary Responsibilities:
Market Orientation: Product Managers should be focused inside and outside of the enterprise, deeply understanding market trends, competitive strategies, and ecosystems related to their target products.
Innovation: Focus on continuous improvement of products, strategy, deliverymethodology, teams, and individuals.

Salary Range:
$110,850.00 - $177,360.00
*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
