What You Will Do
- Direct the creation and management of the Health & Safety and Sustainability plans for the Vista ANZS Manufacturing site.
- Direct policies and procedures pertaining to occupational health and safety standards.
- Coordinate the application of Vista’s Health, Safety and Sustainability Policies to maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
- Provide expert advice on legislative compliance and risk management.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to deliver flawless recommendations.
- Lead environmental sustainability efforts and emergency response management.
- Guide team members on health, safety, and sustainability aspects of new equipment and processes.
- Develop and conduct training for team members and contractors, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
Your Qualifications

- Official qualifications in Health and Safety.
- Significant background in Health, Safety, and Sustainability in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven capability to manage workplace injuries and rehabilitation efforts.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent collaborator management skills.
Nice to Have
- RTW Coordinator certificate.
- First Aid and Mental Health First Aid certifications.
- Proficiency with EHS Management Software/Systems.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
