As a Sustainability Coordinator, you will work across farms, manufacturing operations, facilities, and sustainability initiatives to help improve how we operate. You will partner with teams throughout the business to turn data into action and action into results.
The Impact You’ll Make
You will help shape sustainability initiatives across Clemens Food Group by:

Your work will directly support operations across the business, from farms through further processing.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze sustainability, utility, and operational data from multiple systems
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Lead sustainability and waste-reduction projects
- Partner with facilities, manufacturing excellence, environmental teams, and operations leaders
- Support sustainability reporting, compliance tracking, and customer requests
- Participate in operational and sustainability initiatives across farms and production sites
