The Ideal Candidate:
Junior Environmental Associate
- 2–5 years of environmental law experience in a law firm or government setting
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with federal and state environmental regulations
- Interest in environmental permitting, compliance, and regulatory counseling
- Licensed or eligible to practice law in Ohio
- Motivated team player eager to grow within a sophisticated environmental practice
Senior Environmental Associate
- 5+ years of environmental law experience in a law firm or government setting
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, including clean water compliance, hazardous waste management, and oil & gas regulatory frameworks
- Experience handling environmental permitting, compliance counseling, and enforcement matters preferred
- Ability to independently manage matters and client relationships
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
