The Shire of Carnarvon is seeking an organised and customer-focused Concierge Officer Planning & Sustainability (COPS) to join our Community Planning & Sustainability Team.
Working across a diverse range of programs and initiatives, this role provides high-level administrative support that helps deliver the Shire’s Strategic Community Plan and Corporate Business Plan. The position plays a vital role in coordinating activities, supporting stakeholders, maintaining effective administrative systems, and ensuring responsive and professional customer service. Through strong organisation and communication, the Concierge Officer contributes to positive community outcomes and the efficient delivery of Planning and Sustainability services.
About You
You’ll bring:

Highly effective communication skills (written and verbal) including ability to prepare initial reports, letters, emails and assist with applications.

The ability to work to strict deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.

A commitment to providing a high level of internal and external customer service.

Advanced computer skills with experience with Microsoft Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel & Word, Landgate, Intramaps and Synergy (or ability to learn)

Ability to work as an effective member as part of a team.
