ResponsibilitiesAs a Manager, Architecture and Information Security, you’ll also define the data, technology, and security architecture. You will own defining and operationalizing an Information Security ecosystem that ensures compliance with Ford’s corporate policies.
What You'll do...
- Collaborate with Software Product and Infrastructure and Operations leaders to shape a future-focused architectural approach for the LLC.
- Aid in the selection of software solutions for the LLC that align with the architecture strategy.
- Partner with a manufacturing service provider to establish an integration architecture that addresses the security and operational goals of the corporation.
- Develop and implement the company's technology architecture and security strategy in line with business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of information security, including risk management, compliance, and incident response.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize technology needs and solutions.
- Develop and maintain the architecture and security standards, policies, and procedures.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in information security.
- Lead and mentor the architecture and information security team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
QualificationsYou'll have...
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or at least 12+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in architecture, including experience with SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
- 5+ years of experience with information security
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain technical talent.
- Strong technical background with expertise in enterprise architecture, security, and infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful technology architecture and security strategies.
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations.

- Ability and willingness to work onsite as needed highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse business and technical teams.
- Experience working closely with external entities.
- Experience / familiarity with IIOT implementation strategy.
- Experience / familiarity with manufacturing controls environments.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance regulations. Familiarity with industry frameworks such as NIST, ISO and CIS.
- Understanding of cloud computing and SaaS solutions.
- Experience with ERP systems and other enterprise applications.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align technology strategy with overall business goals.

This position is leadership level 5 and ranges from $138,240-261,720.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
