Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Weighbridge Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis in Belrose, New South Wales.
The Weighbridge Administrator is responsible for the daily administration tasks for the weighbridge, providing excellent customer service via both phone and face to face to all customers, weigh trucks in & out of site & produce weighbridge dockets for customers, preparation and reconciliation of accounts payable, daily timesheets and data entry.
You will be responsible in ensuring the weighbridge continues to run efficiently to meet production targets.
This role is Part Time, working hours being Monday to Friday 11am – 4pm.
Availability to work additional hours when required, including the possibility of 6am starts with prior notice would be advantageous.
Role Responsibilities:
- All ordering for the site as directed by the Site Manager.
- Preparation & Reconciliation of accounts payable.
- Administration Support.
- Answering phones.
- Weigh trucks in & out of site & produce weighbridge dockets for customers.
- Weighbridge traffic control.
- Conduct all tasks in a safe manner.
- Report any hazards and ensure correct PPE is always worn.
- Follow all relevant safety policies and procedures.
