As we continue to grow, we are seeking a QA & Training Specialist to help elevate our team performance and ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactions.
This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within our appointment setter team. You will work closely with HR and management to develop employees, deliver impactful training, and uphold company standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting training sessions for new hires and ongoing Saturday appointments
- Monitoring calls, team performance, and communication quality
- Providing coaching and actionable feedback to enhance results
- Ensuring adherence to company procedures and scripts
- Supporting management with employee development and onboarding processes
- Creating and updating training materials for continuous improvement
- Collaborating with HR and management to align training and quality initiatives
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a QA department or Quality Assurance role
- Experience training teams in sales, customer service, or call center environments
- Experience coaching and providing performance feedback to appointment setters
- Experience managing people with direct reports
- Legally authorized to work in the Dominican Republic
- Availability to work a half-day on Saturdays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Slack and CRM systems in a professional setting
- Experience with Black Workable
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
