<\/span><\/span><\/div>Ashgrove is seeking a motivated Graduate/Junior Full Stack Developer to join our fast -growing Mallow based team. <\/span><\/span>This role provides the opportunity to contribute across the full software development lifecycle, delivering scalable backend services and modern front -end applications while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business and for the correct candidate has much growth opportunity. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>Contribute across the full project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Develop, design & create <\/span><\/span>backend services and modern web -based front -end applications.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement and implement scalable technical solutions.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Participate in architecture discussions, technical evaluations, and technology selection.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Actively collaborate in the strategic goals of the CI department.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Assist in maintaining existing applications & providing IT assistance to fellow employees.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Collaborate with department heads to define and measure KPIs and KQIs aligned to business objectives.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Liaise with Zoho support on complex integrations and enhancements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Assist in the development and deployment of non -software based process improvement.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Technical Skills & Experience<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>
BA / MSc of Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or similar.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Strong ability to analyse requirements, explore alternatives, and derive effective technical solutions to complex problems.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Proven experience in full stack development, with strong hands -on expertise in Node.js, Next.js, and PostgreSQL<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>and other latest scripting languages. Experience with additional frameworks, languages, or databases is highly advantageous.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, with a strong understanding of business process automation and system integration.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automated deployment practices.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Teaching Assistant experience advantageous.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Solid understanding of software architecture, data modelling, scalability, and system maintainability.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Ashgrove uses the Zoho One platform. Experience with Deluge is not required; however, a strong foundation in general programming principles is essential to enable efficient review and adaptation of existing code.<\/span>
