The Role:
Glen Dimplex is looking for an energetic, motivated professional with relevant experience to assist with the management of the Group’s treasury activities.
The role reports to the Group Financial Control Manager and involves liaison with finance teams across the Group and externally with the Groups banking partners.
Responsibilities:

- Preparation and management of the Group’s treasury payment
- Support the control & administration of electronic banking
- Management of bank mandates and a database listing all the Group’s bank accounts and authorised bank signatories.
- Maintain the in-house treasury management system and identify opportunities for system integration and optimization of the treasury system and reporting.
- Management of the KYC requirements for each of the Group’s Global banking partners.
- Opening new bank accounts and closure of dormant bank accounts.
- Liaison with the Group’s Global Banking partners in managing day-to-day queries.
- Become the subject matter expert for daily banking operations and a point of reference between the business units and banks.
- Implement best practices and work with key stakeholders in advancing process improvements whilst maintaining compliance with policies and controls.
- Management of the letter of credit, guarantee and credit card facilities.
- Provide cover on key tasks across the Treasury team.
- Support the wider Finance Team on various initiatives/projects.

- Familiarity with Treasury or Financial
2 years’ experience working in a similar financial based role – such as: Treasury, finance, financial services, or fund/investor management.
