What you’ll be doing:
- Lead all phases of environmental consulting projects including proposals, budgeting, scheduling, invoicing, and execution
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, laboratories, vendors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams
- Prepare reports, permit applications, work plans, and technical deliverables
- Manage field activities and oversee project implementation
- Interpret environmental data, tables, graphs, and figures
- Mentor and oversee junior staff
- Support QA/QC efforts and maintain compliance with company and client safety standards
- Participate in occasional field work and travel as needed
What they’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or related field
- 6–10 years of environmental and/or hydrogeologic consulting experience
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania Land Recycling Act 2 and Phase I ESAs
- Strong technical writing and QA/QC skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Pennsylvania Professional Geologist License preferred, but not required
