Job Description Summary
As a Staff Risk Analyst within Power segment’s Digital Technology Governance & Compliance organization, you will take direct ownership of two enterprise-level security processes — Enterprise Vulnerability Management (EVM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) — for the entire Power segment.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
This is an operational and transformation role in equal measure. You will manage the day-to-day execution while simultaneously driving process simplification, optimization, and automation — including the use of AI agents and workflows to reduce manual intervention and increase program maturity.
Reporting directly to the Power DT Governance & Compliance Leader, you will coordinate across application teams and senior Technology and Cyber leaders, translating operational data into clear, actionable insights. Beyond EVM and DR, you will be a critical participant in Power DT's Governance Optimization program — a strategic initiative aimed at reducing governance burden across the organization, so the team can focus its energy on what truly moves the needle.
This role demands someone who is equally comfortable running a process and rethinking it — someone who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with clarity at all levels, and relentlessly prioritizes outcomes that matter to the business.
Technical & Functional Expertise
•Foundational knowledge of IT security and risk domains, including Vulnerability Management, Disaster Recovery, and IT controls
•Solid grasp of data analytics principles, with ability to build and interpret metrics that drive operational decisions
•Passionate about AI and hands-on in its application — someone who builds, tests, and iterates with AI agents and workflow tooling directly, and sees automation as a core part of how they work, not a side initiative
Leadership & Influence
•Demonstrated ability to lead without authority — coordinating across application teams and senior Technology and Cyber stakeholders to drive shared outcomes
•Self-starter who requires minimal direction and consistently delivers in ambiguous environments
•First-principles thinker who challenges assumptions and designs solutions from the ground up
Communication & Collaboration
•Strong influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal) across all levels of the organization
•Demonstrates operational rigor — brings structure, discipline, and follow-through to everything they own
•Collaborative team player who builds trust across functions, equally effective with technical teams and senior leadership
