Carbon Steel Pipefitter – Full Time Day Shift

Schedule: Full Time | Day Shift
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Carbon Steel Pipefitter with at least 6 months of experience in carbon pipe fitting. This role involves the layout, fabrication, installation, testing, and repair of pipe systems. Candidates must be able to successfully complete a hands-on pipe fitter test demonstrating pipe beveling, saddling, and silver brazing skills in accordance with ASME requirements.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of carbon steel pipe fitting experience
- Ability to pass a hands-on pipe fitter test
- Knowledge of ASME pipe fitting requirements
- Experience using grinders and pipe fitting tools
- Ability to work full-time day shift in Houma, LA
Preferred Qualifications
- Industrial or fabrication shop experience
- Experience with silver brazing and socket joint pipe systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and with a team
