Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Offshore Wind Services Operations Leader to lead the operational delivery of our offshore wind service portfolio across multiple regions. This role will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing global services operations model that delivers safe, reliable, and efficient execution across planned maintenance, corrective services, troubleshooting, major component replacement, warranty support, and long-term service agreements.
As a key member of the leadership team, this individual will drive operational excellence across field execution, resource deployment, service planning, marine logistics, tooling readiness, parts availability, and customer response. The role requires a leader who can operate globally while enabling strong regional execution, balancing standardization, responsiveness, and continuous improvement in a complex offshore environment.
This is a critical role for a leader who is passionate about safety, customer outcomes, operational rigor, and building scalable service capabilities to support the long-term growth of offshore wind.

Role & Responsibilities
Global Services Operations Leadership
● Lead the global operational delivery of offshore wind service activities across multiple projects, customers, and geographies
● Build and implement a scalable services operating model that supports safe, efficient, and predictable execution across regional teams
● Drive operational alignment across service planning, field execution, marine logistics, materials management, technical support, and customer interfaces
● Ensure clear operational governance, escalation pathways, performance management, and accountability across the services organization
● Partner with regional and site leaders to balance global standards with local operational requirements
Safety, Quality, and Compliance
● Champion a strong safety culture across all offshore and onshore service activities, with uncompromising focus on HSE performance
● Ensure services operations are executed in compliance with regulatory, contractual, technical, and company requirements
● Drive a culture of quality, procedural discipline, operational readiness, and learning from incidents and near misses
● Lead operational risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning for offshore execution environments
Service Delivery and Performance
● Oversee execution of scheduled and unscheduled service activities, ensuring high levels of turbine availability, response effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
● Drive improvements in uptime, outage response, work execution productivity, first-time fix rates, and campaign delivery performance
● Improve operational predictability through stronger planning, resource coordination, outage management, and performance visibility
● Ensure robust execution readiness across personnel, vessels, tools, spares, documentation, permits, and technical support
● Support major interventions and complex campaigns, including component replacements and high-impact corrective work
Global Resource and Capability Management
● Develop global strategies for workforce deployment, field service capability, and specialist resource utilization
● Optimize the use of technicians, supervisors, field engineers, and technical experts across regions and projects
● Support workforce planning, capability development, succession planning, and leadership development within the services operations team
● Build organizational capability in offshore execution, service planning, marine coordination, and operational problem solving
Marine, Logistics, and Materials Integration
● Ensure strong integration between service operations, marine logistics, and supply chain to improve execution efficiency and reduce downtime
● Drive operational discipline around vessel planning, weather window utilization, offshore access, tooling availability, and parts readiness
● Collaborate with supply chain and logistics leaders to strengthen spare parts availability, inventory strategies, and offshore campaign support
Customer and Commercial Interface
● Build trusted relationships with customers by delivering reliable operational performance and transparent communication
● Partner with commercial, contract management, and account teams to ensure service delivery supports contractual commitments and business objectives
● Support warranty, claims, and performance discussions where operational execution insight is required
● Identify opportunities to improve service offerings, operational efficiency, and long-term customer value
Continuous Improvement and Digital Operations
● Lead initiatives to improve service operations maturity, standardization, and performance management globally
● Drive the use of data, digital tools, and operational analytics to improve planning, field productivity, outage response, and decision-making
● Establish and track key operational KPIs, using insights to drive intervention and improvement
● Capture lessons learned and replicate best practices across regions and sites
Qualifications and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Marine, Industrial, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
● Significant leadership experience in offshore wind services, offshore operations, field service, or comparable industrial service environments
● Strong experience leading multi-site, multi-region operational teams in complex offshore or remote execution settings
● Demonstrated track record of improving operational performance, safety, customer outcomes, and execution consistency
● Experience in offshore wind strongly preferred; relevant experience from offshore oil & gas, marine operations, power generation, or large field service organizations may also be considered
● Strong understanding of offshore service operations, maintenance planning, outage response, logistics coordination, and execution risk management
● Experience operating in global matrix organizations and leading through influence across functions and regions

● Strong understanding of offshore service delivery models, technician deployment, campaign planning, and marine coordination
● Knowledge of turbine maintenance operations, major component exchange planning, tooling strategies, and spares management
● Familiarity with operational KPIs such as turbine availability, response time, first-time fix rate, campaign productivity, and outage duration
● Experience with service management systems, digital field tools, operational dashboards, and performance reporting

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
