Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in contractor management, solar construction operations, pre-construction planning, program management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and managing strategic construction partners.
- Experience in solar, electrical, mechanical, or commercial construction environments.
- Strong business, financial, and operational acumen with the ability to assess performance and support scalable growth.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build trust with contractor ownership and leadership teams.
- Preferred: experience scaling contractor networks in a high-growth construction or renewable energy environment.
Work Environment and Travel
This position requires occasional travel to contractor locations and company facilities as needed to support business operations. Travel is intermittent and represents a limited portion of overall responsibilities.

The expected starting pay range for this role is $78,000 - $112,000 USD. This range is an estimate, and base pay may vary above or below these amounts based on several factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees at all levels.
