Your mission
We are developing a next-generation electric aircraft propulsion system. Accurate real-time knowledge of the battery’s accessible energy, state of charge (SoC), state of health (SoH), and remaining useful energy is safety-critical for flight planning, in-flight energy management, and certification. As a Working Student for Electric Aircraft Propulsion Battery State Observation, Estimation and Prediction, you will join the VÆRIDION Technology team and be highly involved in the development and validation of battery state observers and predictors for our lithium-ion propulsion battery systems. This is a hands-on role combining modeling, simulation, algorithm development, and data analysis in a safety-critical aerospace environment.
Your work will directly contribute to the development of the high-voltage battery system at the core of VÆRIDION’s electric propulsion architecture and its compliance with key aerospace standards.
