Summary
This position is located in Mount Rainier National Park, with the Facility Management and Engineering Division. A selectee receiving a first appointment to the Federal Government (Civil Service) is entitled only to the lowest step of the grade for which selected. Major Duties
The Engineering Equipment Operator Supervisor provides day to day leadership within the Roads Shop for Mount Rainier National Park. The incumbent oversees all operational, maintenance, and construction activities associated with the parks roads asset portfolio that includes approximately 120 miles of paved and unpaved roads, over 1,264,632 square feet of parking lots. The incumbent is responsible for all field staff needs and planning of day-to-day and long-term work for a diverse trade staff.
