As an Environmental Senior Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Greenville, SC office, you’ll manage project teams delivering a variety of environmental services, including environmental assessments, subsurface investigations, soil and water remediation, and environmental permitting and compliance. You’ll provide senior direction across projects for real estate, manufacturing, public sector, and waste management clients, performing quality assurance reviews and ensuring technical excellence. You’ll oversee proposals, project budgets, technical staff, subcontractors, and project financials, while driving business development and maintaining direct interaction with clients, contractors, laboratories, and local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage environmental projects from initiation through completion, including oversight of scope, schedule, and budget.
- Provide senior-level technical direction and quality assurance for environmental assessments, remediation, and permitting projects.
- Develop proposals, project budgets, and manage financial performance for assigned projects.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, laboratories, and regulatory agencies at all levels.
- Mentor and supervise technical staff, supporting professional development and performance reviews.
- Oversee subcontractor work and ensure compliance with CEC safety and quality standards.
- Drive business development efforts and contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the Environmental Practice.
