Technician
Contract to direct hire (Contract solely for training duration, typically 3 months before direct hire conversion)
Hours:
3rd shift: 6am-6pm (Friday-Sunday)
*Overtime opportunities available
Location: Jupiter, FL
Compensation: $21-26 (Flexible depending on experience)

Technician
We're hiring hands-on Technicians to support production operations inside a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, machinery, and precision components while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
*Please note, job responsibilities and/or pay scale to be dependent upon the machinery in which technician is responsible for.
What You'll Be Doing:
Perform grinding, polishing, buffing, blending, and surface finishing on components to meet specifications
Support coating removal, blasting, and reconditioning processes
Operate cleaning systems such as ultrasonic and wash equipment
Use precision measuring tools to verify work accuracy
Assist with equipment setup and operate process-specific machinery
Move materials and components using forklifts and small cranes
Complete quality checks before moving parts to the next production step
Document production time and maintain required quality records
Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Handle waste properly, including segregation and labeling, in accordance with safety guidelines
Support continuous improvement efforts across the production floor
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial maintenance
Experience with grinding, blasting, coatings, machining, welding, or similar disciplines preferred
Ability to read technical drawings or follow detailed work instructions
Comfortable using hand tools and measurement equipment
Detail-oriented with strong quality focus
Basic computer skills (ERP systems, time tracking, MS Office)
Team player with strong communication skills
Work Environment:
Active production floor with industrial noise and moving equipment
Frequent standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and repetitive hand movements
Exposure to heat, machinery, and industrial materials
Must be able to wear required PPE
