Executive – Sustainability
We are happy to extend the opportunity to a self-motivated individual with commitment, initiative and enthusiasm, to join our Sustainability Team and gain the exposure required to secure an eminent position in the corporate world.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with customer-specific sustainability requirements related to energy consumption, emissions reduction, water management, and waste minimization
GHG quantification and reporting on ISO 14064:1 and GHG protocol
Drive decarbonization projects
Assist to drive sustainability KPIs and performance
Sustainability reporting under GRI, SASB, and SLFRS S1 & S2
Drive sustainability related external projects
ESG communication
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science/Management, Physical Science, Natural Science, General Science, or Applied Science with relevant environmental components or,
- Bachelor of Technology or National Diploma in Technology (NDT) in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Technology.
Professional experience & Affiliates:
Industrial experience with Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001) and ISO 14064, along with professional membership in recognized environmental or sustainability organizations, would be considered an added advantage
Also
Knowledge and experience in the textile or apparel industry would be considered an added advantage.
