The principal responsibilities shall essentially include: <\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

<\/span><\/div>

- To interpret specifications/ drawings and design for all technical aspects of creating complete, functional, and safe design related to cable layouts/ equipment layouts/ lighting/ earthing/ lightning layouts and elevations in CAD.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

- Cable tray/ trench sizing, Design of cable routing layouts/ Trench & Tray routing layouts, underground raceways.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

- Prepare Single Line Diagram, schematic.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

- Prepare Layouts for MCR (Main Control Room) and IS (Inverter Station).<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

- Cable sizing calculation, Control Cable sizing, length Calculations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

- Design of cable trenches and underground raceways analysis.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

- Adding new features to the existing Auto CAD applications using plugins.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

- Models/ design with a creative and problem -solving approach while adhering to applicable national and international codes & standards.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

- Work collaboratively with internal and external partners including interfaces with other departments, vendors, client.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

- Design and engineering of all the aspects of inverter stations, MV transformer stations, MV Switching stations, Utility metering systems etc.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

- Generate reports and checklists as directed.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

- Strong ability to work in CAD & Revit software required. 3 -D modeling software/ BIM experience a plus.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

- Ability to manage multiple tasks involving complex and varying problems.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

- Knowledge in DC & AC side engineering specifications and standards including IEC, NEC, IEEE, ANSI, SEC, IS etc.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

- Consultancy / EPC background with exposure to utility scale solar PV projects shall be desirable.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

- Develop and implement system processes and standard operating procedures.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

- Maintain awareness of new product technology and communicate pertinent developments with colleagues.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

- Site visits in India and abroad.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
