- Overall business & administrative in-charge of project site and in-charge of customer relations management at project site, acts as REP’s principal representative at site and should be the customer’s most dependable contact point of REP.
- Responsible for all civil work, structural work, mechanical & electrical erection work, testing, commissioning, PG test & handing over the plant to the customer
- Responsible for project progress, quality, safety, security, administration, IR & Materials management
- Responsible for timely mobilization of adequate resources including contractors, contactor’s manpower/equipment/materials, plant & equipment, engineers/other staff etc in coordination with Project Manager REP.
- Preparation of detailed monthly/weekly/daily schedules and work plans of civil/structural/fabrication/structural erection/piping/cabling work and billing/collection/cash flow/ inventory level. Reviews and monitors the same in daily evening meetings with all functional heads at site, preparation of next day’s plan and corrective action plans for the weekend.
- Coordinating with the project manager, engineers, installers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Preparing jobs for solar installation by obtaining required documentation and creating project schedules.
- Monitoring performance activities and tracking participant progress from enrolment to job placement.
- Coordinating equipment procurement, materials, supplies, and service delivery.
- Providing administrative support to the project manager.
