The Director of Commercial Business Development will lead the strategy, development, and execution of Signature Solar’s national commercial sales initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales and Business Development, this role is responsible for building and scaling a high-performing sales organization focused on delivering commercial solar solutions to installers, EPCs, and emerging vertical markets.
This position requires a shift from transactional sales toward solution-based selling, with a strong emphasis on driving projects from initial opportunity through completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a builder’s mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in a rapidly evolving market. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the company’s commercial growth strategy and ensuring long-term customer and partner success.
