As we launch our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) journey, we are strengthening our sustainability practices to meet the evolving expectations of our customers and partners. We are looking for a detail-oriented Environmental & LMS Coordinator to support ESG initiatives, help build and implement our ESG framework, manage customer pre-qualification platforms, and coordinate training activities, including LMS administration, in partnership with the EHSQ team.
What you’re responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining internal systems to collect, organize, and manage ESG data across environmental, social, and governance areas.
- Leading the development and implementation of ESG policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks while tracking performance indicators.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data for ESG submissions, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Managing customer and stakeholder submissions (e.g., EcoVadis, Avetta, ISN, Cognibox) while supporting performance score improvements.
- Partnering with Marketing and Communications to develop ESG content and ensuring accuracy while preventing greenwashing.
- Supporting LMS administration, including user management, system access, training records, and reporting within platforms such as Dayforce.
- Coordinating EHS training activities by managing learner lists, tracking attendance, and facilitating in-class and e-learning sessions.
