We are seeking an experienced HSE Trainer to design and deliver high -impact training programs in Health, Safety & Environment. The role involves developing training content, conducting engaging sessions, and supporting the expansion of our HSE training portfolio.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/div>Deliver classroom and online HSE training programs for corporate clients
<\/span><\/li>Design and customize course content based on client requirements
<\/span><\/li>Conduct training needs analysis and recommend suitable programs
<\/span><\/li>Facilitate workshops on key HSE topics (e.g., workplace safety, risk assessment, incident investigation)
<\/span><\/li>Ensure training aligns with international standards and best practices
<\/span><\/li>Develop case studies, assessments, and practical exercises
<\/span><\/li>Support business development by assisting in proposals and client meetings
<\/span><\/li>Stay updated with latest HSE regulations, standards, and industry trends
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>
Minimum 5 years of training experience
<\/span><\/li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
<\/span><\/li>Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA , Highfield etc)
<\/span><\/li>Proven experience in delivering HSE training programs
<\/span><\/li>Strong presentation and facilitation skills
<\/span><\/li>Ability to engage diverse audiences (blue -collar to senior management)
<\/span><\/li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
<\/span><\/li>UAE/GCC experience preferred

<\/span><\/li>Exposure to multiple industries (construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, etc.)
