We are currently hiring an Investor Relations & Sustainability Coordinator based out of our Bond St, Sydney office.
Reporting to the General Manager of Investor Relations & Sustainability, this role will see you support effective engagement with investors and stakeholders by coordinating high-quality administration, communications, events and reporting across Investor Relations and Sustainability. It’s a hands on, admin-heavy, execution focused role where accuracy, judgement and follow through really matter. Key Responsibilities
Provide hands on executive and administrative support to the GM, including diary, inbox, travel, expenses and meeting coordination
Coordinate investor meetings, briefings and reporting cycles, ensuring papers, minutes and materials are accurate and on time
Curate, quality check and produce investor, sustainability and corporate communications (presentations, reports, Property Books, tour materials)
Support delivery of investor events, AGMs, results presentations and asset tours, including logistics and broadcast coordination
Support delivery of the ESG program, including meeting agendas and minutes, support with charity events and reporting deliverables
Maintain investor, ESG and corporate content across systems, databases, website, LinkedIn and marketing collateral
About You
Experience supporting senior stakeholders and delivering work accurately within structured processes and deadlines
Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across events and reporting calendars
High attention to detail and confidence reviewing, validating and improving content (not just passing it through)
Proactive, dependable and collaborative working style, with curiosity and sound judgement
Interest or foundational understanding of finance, investor relations or sustainability, with strong MS Office and design capability (or willingness to learn)
