Core Responsibilities
- Define and lead theLOM EHS vision, mid and long-term strategy, objectives, and multi-year roadmap, aligned withglobalandoperationspriorities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate safety culture and performance across all departments, ensuring alignment withglobal standards.
- Establish and maintain the EHS governance framework, including policies, standards, management systems, assurance, and reporting processes.
- Act as theEHS Partnerto executive leadership, influencing strategic decisions, investments, and operations changes.
- Ensureeffective LOM EHS risk management, including high-risk activities, process safety, and environmental risks.
- Ensureeffective incident management (global and local), crisis response governance, and systemic corrective actions. Lessons learned must feed preventive improvements in risk management.
- Lead, develop, and structure theEHS organizationacross departments and buildings, including talent development, succession planning, and resourcing.
- DriveLOM EHS culture and leadership accountability, embedding EHS ownership within line management.
- Build positive relationshipswith operations leaders and employees to promote a culture of safety, ownership, and team.
- Ensure compliance withglobalandlocal EHS legal requirements, permits, and internal standards; proactively addressing risks and requirement changes. Serve as the primary interface with regulators and external partners.
- Oversee environmental sustainabilityand ESG programs, including emissions, waste, water, energy, and climate-related initiatives.
- Define and superviseLOM EHS KPIs, performance dashboards, trends, and reporting to executive leadership, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Provide EHS leadershipfor major capital projects, ensuring EHS risks are identified and handled throughout the business lifecycle.

- Experience asSr. Manager, Regional Manager, Head of EHS.
- Proven experience leadingmulti-site or regional EHS operations.
- Proven record leading EHS programs and governance.
- Incident management and regulatory interactions.
- Cultural transformation and leadership accountability.
- Deepknowledge of EHS requirementsin Mexico (STPS, etc.)
- Risk management and hazard controls.
- Process safety (where applicable).
- Environmental permitting and compliance.
- Experience withEHS management systems(ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 or equivalent).
- Demonstrated abilityto influence executive leadershipand operate at senior management level.
- Ability to balance risk, compliance, and business performance.
- Strongdata analysis and performance managementskills.
